celebrate. Today is a day of celebration. Not because it's your birthday, anniversary or a holiday. We're going to celebrate today just because it's today. We're here!! We're alive for one more day.
The sun came up, we opened our eyes, and we took a deep breath to start the day. That's worth celebrating! So today, just feel good about being alive. That's it - no more, no less. Just celebrate and be thankful that you have the opportunity of today. Your heart is beating and you're still here. You haven't run out of time. You still have another chance. You have one more day where anything is possible so that's a very good day!
So, for today I will celebrate. I will be thankful and exuberant that I have been given one more day. I will thank God for the blessing of today and I will live it today in celebration!

- I am just an average girl who has had a life of ups and downs, just like many of you. I am married with two children and work full-time, part-time and volunteer. I love my family and I love God. The one thing I know to be true is that life is better when you take it one day at a time. How do I know? Because I've tried the other choices. I've tried to choke the world into submission by trying to control everything everyday. I've had high paying jobs that zapped all my time and energy leaving nothing for my family or myself. I've worried myself to sickness over the "what if's" of the future. But then I gave up. I surrendered and decide to let go and let God. Now I take each new day as a new chance to in any small way make a positive impact on the ones I love - which has extended to anyone reading this blog.
